If the Slow Food movement means anything to you, then the concept of slow cider will make sense too. If not: its less about money, convenience and efficiency - and more about taking the time to do whats right for the product, producer/consumer and the planet. On a cold, wet day at the end of November 2019 I was asked to travel to a small farm in Devon to capture some traditional cidermakers pressing apples for cider, through straw, on an old oak press. It was a wonderful sight to see and a privilage to film. Thankyou to Sandford Orchards who commissioned me to create this for them, I hope you all like it!
